The Heritage String Quartet began playing together in May of 2006. Prior to that, they played as smaller chamber ensembles. Jonathan, Grace, Melody and Anna are 4 of 10 siblings in the Mieczkowski family.

  • Studied for 10 years with Hsiu-Hsiang Yang of Ann Arbor, MI
  • Currently studying with Sherri Magno of Davison, MI, violinist in the

Anna Mieczkowski

  • Hobbies: Crafts, writing, reading
  • Studied for 5 years with Hsiu-Hsiang Yang of Ann Arbor, MI
  • Currently studying with Sherri Magno of Davison, MI, violinist in the

Jonathan Mieczkowski

  • Originally a violinist

  • Hobbies: photography, baseball, woodworking
  • Studied violin for 11 years with Hsiu-Hsiang Yang of Ann Arbor, MI
  • Studied viola for 2 years with G. Leonard Holliday of Troy, MI, music director of the Orion Chamber Music Society

 

 

 

Melody Mieczkowski
